Neighbors Federal Credit Union Call Center Renovation
In this project for Neighbors Federal Credit Union, we collaborated with LaMoyne Design Associates to transform the first floor of their existing Administrative Building into a call center that supports a member-focused banking approach. This facility design was intended to create a lively atmosphere for employees while also catering to their need for independent communal areas. Areas created in the renovation were open work areas, meditation rooms with a massage chair, collaboration areas, coffee bar, huddle rooms, and semi-private offices.
