Plaza and Lobby Renovation
This existing eight story office tower in Baton Rouge is in need of lobby renovations to improve traffic flow and security issues, as well as overall improvements to the aging plaza and ramp.
The lobby will be expanded to include a revolving door, new guard stations and entry access aisle equipment. The lobby will accommodate a metal detector in the future. The outdoor plaza, which has become cluttered, will be largely demolished and replaced with an expansive field of clean modern outdoor pavers, an array of ground lights, and a new covered entry ramp. The plaza will feature a 10' high "water wall"
