DSM Copolymer Administration/Engineering Building

This project is a 26,000 SF (2,420 SM) office facility that houses Copolymer's engineering department and their Addis Plant administration. The engineering design area features an exposed space frame with an open office wall system that reflects the high-tech work being performed there. The reception and conference areas are isolated from the remaining spaces and are used as a free-standing focal point for the main entry and features an enclosed, private courtyard.
