This project is a gas blending facility that consists of administrative offices (9,100 SF/850 SM), a warehouse (11,900 SF/1,100 SM), a maintenance shop (7,200 SF/670 SM), and a change house (5,600 SF/520 SM). Features include a pallet rack system designed for first-in/first-out inventory control, a main conference center with satellite hook-ups, and six dock height loading stations. Earlier designs by CWA included the Synthesis Lab and production areas.
